Descendants Reunion & Breakfast — 9:00 am

Co-hosted by the Daughters of the Republic of Texas-Monument Hill Chapter and the Sons of the Republic of Texas-Monument Hill Chapter, this reunion and breakfast is an invite-only event that is exclusive to descendants of Mier and Dawson Expedition soldiers. Online registrations are now closed. If you are a descendent who wishes to attend please call 979-968-5658. 

Public Memorial Ceremony — 10:00 am

The traditional memorial ceremony will include Judge Dan Mueller as Keynote speaker, a wreath-laying, and a gun salute. Descendants may purchase a memorial wreath in honor of their ancestors. Ceremony seating may be limited. Personal lawn chairs are welcome and encouraged. The ceremony will be streamed live on Facebook for those unable to attend in person.
